I provide zealous legal advocacy for domestic violence victims seeking orders of protection and safety, crisis intervention, and resource allocation from the court house.

As a union bricklayer who is also in recovery, I’ve learned that rebuilding isn’t just something you do for a living—it’s who you are. Every wall I build reminds me that strength, patience, and perseverance create something that lasts. I have found that my purpose is to help other women in the trades and in recovery discover that same strength - because strong foundations change lives.

At Keyway Center for Diversion and Reentry we empower women with justice involvement to get their lives back on track. At Keyway, I help staff develop to be better equipped to do their jobs and I assist the organization to be more effective in the work we do.

I load in Broadway tour shows, operate folliwspots, run wireless microphones, and operate teleprompters.

I work with my husband and our company to provide residential remodeling and new construction services.  As a small business owner, I work on all aspects of management including project schedules, procurement, payroll, subcontractors and clients.  I look at projectss and help decide the best way to achieve the build. 

Being a carpenter can lead you to work in many different areas of carpentry. I have been blessed to have worked on ceilings, drywall, installed cabinets and office furniture, etc. 

 I recruit/hire, develop, lead, and engage craft professionals for McCarthy Self-Perform work and trade DE&I efforts in the workforce. I also help drive McCarthy's Model-Based Field Layout Process on our projects.

As a heavy equipment operator, I work with big machines to move materials, grade jobsites, hoist items with a crane, or operate elevators on jobs.  

My profession consists of many duties such as demolition and debris removal, concrete work, general clean up, material handling and various other tasks to keep the job safe and hazard free for everyone on the job-site.

I am currently gaining experience in commercial HVAC within the Pipefitters Service Division.  I drive a service truck to the jobsites and troubleshoot issues.

I focus on strategic workforce development thru Apprenticeship Readiness programs that provide career awareness, exposure, fundamental skills, stackable credentials and pathways to registered apprenticeship. These programs aim to create a more diverse, skilled talent pipeline for the construction and manufacturing industries

As a business representative, my role is to represent the union carpenters and signatory contractors. I address contract challenges, jobsite culture, wages and overall job recruitment into the union. My primary geographical area is from Highway 40 to 44 starting at the city of St. Louis to Highway 109.

I work in business and workforce development at RG Ross Construction where I bring my background in real estate brokerage and education to celebrate the many opportunities, spectacular architecture, and outstanding communities of the region.

I handle the grouting, cleaning, sealing, mixing, and cutting of tiles on a commercial job site, in addition to all other work as required in assisting a tile setter. I enjoy working with the different types of materials of the trades, and being the one who creates the finished product through grouting.
