Breaking Barriers - Union / Pre- / Apprenticeship of the Year Award: Our goal is to honor union programs or schools who support, advocate, and sustain women in the workplace. How has this union made innovations, broken barriers and improved the status of women in the skilled trades? Nominate

Breaking Barriers - Contractor of the Year Award: Our goal is to honor contractors who support, advocate, and sustain women in the workplace. How has this company made innovations, broken barriers and improved the status of women in the skilled trades? Nominate

Gina Walsh Legacy Award: This award will be given to a tradesperson or inclusive ally who has made significant and lasting contributions to the community or the industry over a period of time. Nominate

Group Awards: In addition to the individual awards, MOWIT will be recognizing tradeswomen's career advancements; including those who have entered into an apprenticeship in the last year, tradeswomen who have journeyed out, and promotions to foreman, general foreman, and superintendent. Nominate
